Last month, I qualified as an SH1FT instructor, and I’m so excited to be doing some new online classes!
SH1FT is smart, high-intensity functional training for all fitness levels and is the first of 4 different formats: SH1FT, L1FT, M1ND, and R1ZE.
Suitable for all, SH1FT takes the best parts of HIIT and mixes them with functional training using your own body weight to improve your fitness, speed, balance, and agility.
First up this week is a SH1FT class, and it’s a great way to:
– burn calories in a short amount of time
– train every major fitness component
– focus on the six degrees of freedom moving you up and down, side to side, forward and back
– book and pay via Gymcatch app: £5 per person
